Polished Concrete Farringdon, London

This stunning Polished Concrete office flooring project was completed in Farringdon, which borders the City of London.

The project comprises 2000 square meters of office space over two floor levels, installing a 15mm average thickness DCP Fibre renovation base over concrete and ply, incorporating fibre mesh reinforcement and Epoxy primers.

We used 8-10mm of DCP Flint with hard 60 grit sanding to produce patina effect once the floor was Polished. The flooring was then sealed with Mapei Stain resist and three coats of Satin wax were used to provide long lasting protection.
