Polished Concrete refurbishment Surrey

Maslens Ltd returned to Surrey for this residential polished concrete project we installed over 14 years ago to refurbish the concrete floor for the new resident to the property.

The floor, originally an off-White Weber system (no longer manufactured in the UK), needed repairs and patching where a new central island and kitchen were to be installed. We did have some hairline cracks that required attention.

We fully diamond ground off a few microns of the Weber product as well as the old stained scratched seals. We then repaired all areas with the DCP Chalk Cemflow product, colour matching the existing and applied an opaque tinted 3 coat DCP PU resin seal followed by a wax treatment, burnishing to a satin finish.

Maslens also Diamond polished to expose aggregates and white tinted the exterior concrete area and the clients garage and front porch/electrical cupboard floors.
